Turning Nylon Waste Into Precious Polyamide.

Collected nylon fabrics, fishing nets and carpet waste at a recycling facility

1. COLLECT

(Global Sourcing Of Nylon Wastes)

Secure stable streams of Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) and Post-Industrial Recycled (PIR) nylon raw materials worldwide. Primary sources include automotive airbags, discarded fishing nets, post-consumer carpet scraps, and various nylon fibers and textile wastes.

2. PRE-TREATMENT

(Advanced Sorting & Purification)

Collected materials undergo Strict control of sorting, washing, and drying processes. By leveraging proprietary research and development technology, we execute advanced silicone coating removal for waste airbag fabrics, processing up to 20 tons daily through dedicated shredding and coating-removal units to ensure high-purity inputs.

3. PRODUCTION

(Turnkey Extrusion & Pelletizing)

Operating a 15,000-ton annual production capacity at our advanced Myanmar center equipped with three dedicated extrusion lines:

  • Line I: 150/130mm two-stage extruder for nylon fabrics and uncoated airbag scraps.
  • Line II: 150mm single extruder for discarded fishing nets and fibers.
  • Line III: 150mm single extruder for nylon fabrics and coated airbag scraps.

Through rigorous quality control, we deliver premium PA66 and PA6 recycled pellets to global compounders.
